• manage your contact details and hospital information
• answer requests for information from us.

The Queensland Digital Identity recommends using your personal email address when strengthening your online identity.

Multiple users cannot use the same email address.

If you currently have more than one email for your government service/s, please decide which email you want to use for your high-level assurance account.
